The academic community at the University of Minho can now access a set of learning units aimed at promoting an organizational culture shared by all. Through the release of training and information content - the so called LEARNING UNITS - we aim to build a common knowledge base that contributes to the promotion of behaviors and attitudes that reflect the identity of the University of Minho. 

PAUM is fully bilingual (Portuguese and English), reinforcing UMinho's commitment to building a global community, and offers an intuitive and accessible self-learning experience, providing diverse multimedia content (such as videos, texts and images) as well as interactive exercises.

All learning units were developed by members of the academic community, namely Administrative and Management Staff, Students and Teachers, in collaboration with UnyLeYa. This is intended to be a dynamic space that over time will be enriched with new learning units of interest to the different groups at UMinho.

The UMinho Learning Portal is funded by the Project “Aliança de Pós-Graduação da UMinho - Competências para o Futuro” under the programme (PRR/NextGenerationEU).
